5 Stocks to Watch For Black Friday
I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday. Today is Black Friday in North America and the stock market closes early today at 1pm.
I’m not exactly sure how the trading session will shake out but I expect a bit of action as we head into December.
Here’s a few stocks I’m watching on Black Friday
Ehang (EH) - The Chinese Drone Maker reports earnings on December 3rd and it’s trading near IPO levels. It could breakout on strong Q3 earnings (watch video)
Zoom (ZM) - Zoom reports earnings on November 30th and I’m thinking about picking up a few call options to play this move. Zoom has crushed the last couple of earnings reports and vaccines haven’t curbed the pandemic yet.
Chargepoint (SBE) - Chargepoint is trading down after its massive bullish run and looks like a nice buying opportunity. I’m long Chargepoint (watch video)
Tesla (TSLA) - Tesla has moved up huge since the S&P 500 announcement and I’m holding a call option to profit from the move.
Uber (UBER) - The federal government recently awarded Uber a lucrative $800 million contract and the stock recently broke through resistance at $50.
I’m casually watching the EV stocks industry as a whole to see if they continue to trade downward after last week’s massive runup. With such a limited trading session, I don’t expect that much overall volume. We’ll see.
See you Monday and enjoy your Thanksgiving weekend!
