6 Stocks to Watch Like $TSLA
Hope you had a good weekend. There are a lot of topics to cover this week as Congress should agree on a stimulus package soon. Pfizer shipped out its first vaccines last weekend, and we are gaining positive momentum heading into 2021.
Announcements
The LD MicroCap Investor Conference starts today at 9am EST. The conference will cover dozens of small cap stocks including EV makers like Acrimoto (FUV) and SPI Energy (SPI). Some of these stocks could be the next 10x bagger. NBA HOF Shaquille O’neal is the keynote speaker scheduled for 5pm EST.
I’m officially launching my private discord chat today. This will give our community a chance to discuss stocks & other investments on our own. You can sign up now here.
Here are the stocks I’m watching today:
Tesla (TSLA) - Tesla will be included in the S&P 500 before December 21st and I expect a lot of money managers (ETF, mutual funds, etc) to buy the stock in order to rebalance their S&P 500 funds. Reports expect at least $80 billion in Tesla stock purchases throughout the week. Tesla could test $700 as people race to get exposure to the S&P 500’s newest addition. (watch video)
Chargepoint (SBE) - I watched a video interview on BBC news over the weekend with Chargepoint CEO Pasquale Romano that further supported my bullish thesis on Chargepoint stock. Listen to this: Only 7 million EVs were sold this year but over 1 billion ICEs (gas powered cars) remain on the road. Chargepoint is the clear leader in the world and things will only get better next year. My long term price target is $3,000 per share. Yes, I think Chargepoint has 100x upside. (watch video)
Broadway Financial Corp (BYFC) - The merger between Broadway Financial Corp and CityFirstBank will create the largest black-owned minority bank in America. With assets valued at over $1 billion, the current market cap is $50 million. Big investment firms have been buying up shares like Vanguard, Blackrock, and Bank of America. At just $1.70 per share, BYFC stock is just too cheap.
Draftkings (DKNG) - NBA basketball starts in just 1 week and that means Draftkings should see another huge boost in activity this NBA season. With so many people shutin due to new lockdowns, I think Draftkings will get plenty of new players. The stock is just $50 and is up big since its initial $10 SPAC price. Online gambling will continue to grow in the future. DKNG stock is a strong buy.
Lemonade (LMND) - The online insurance disruptor has rebounded from previous lows and shares are skyrocketing in the last couple of weeks. I know there some risk but disrupting companies with new technology have outperformed the broader market over the last 10 years (Netflix, Tesla, Amazon, etc). At only a $5 billion market cap, I think there is upside here.
AirBNB (ABNB) - AirBNB stock continues to fall and I will maintain my bearish outlook on the company. It’s simply too much for a hotel booking app during a COVID-19 3rd wave crisis. Right now ABNB stock is too expensive but I will continue to watch it daily.
That’s it for today. Positive stimulus news should send markets towards record highs. Be sure to check out the LD MicroCap conference as well. I’ll be available in our private discord chat if you have any questions to ask me.
